B2B Marketing Manager
We are a conversational AI product company that provides a full range of automation solutions: chatbots, voice bots, ASR and TTS APIs as a service, LLM – under one platform. Our goal is to help businesses locally and worldwide automate and excel their external and internal interactions.
We are currently looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to design and execute strategies that align marketing with sales, generating high-quality MQLs to be converted into SQLs and drive recurring revenue.
We expect your initial focus to be on managing events and implementing email marketing campaigns, while also developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to further lead the entire marketing function.
Tasks – Event management

Planning, organising, and managing offline conferences, online webinars, and other marketing events from start to finish

Executing lead generation campaigns related to events

Coordinating sales, and back-office support teams to ensure the overall success of the events and smooth logistics for the participants

Coordinating external teams of our partners for joint marketing events

Evaluating the success of events by analysing pipeline generated and converted, gathering feedback and implementing recommendations for improvement

Researching and proposing new event formats and creative experiences to represent our products in the most appealing way.
Tasks – Email marketing

Defining customer and partner personas, ensuring highly targeted and personalised email campaigns.

Identifying and creating a list of key triggers (e.g., engagement with content, sign-up for webinars, product features and demos, company news, case studiesб etc.) to initiate email nurturing campaigns.

Developing and executing email campaigns designed to nurture leads based on defined triggers.

Planning and executing email campaigns for cold outreach

Collaborating with sales teams to schedule meetings with qualified leads, ensuring seamless handoff and high conversion potential.

Developing and implementing consistent marketing strategy

Hiring and managing in-house and outsourced website designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and product marketing managers

Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications

Background in IT product companies (B2B)

Proven track record in event management, email marketing, and lead generation

Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms for Russian and global markets
