Digital Marketing Manager
We are pleased to invite you to our international company The Stick Company (English brand - IMStick) for the position of Digital Marketing Manager. The company develops, manufactures and distributes universal magnetic accessories for smartphones and tablets. We are looking for a manager who is skilled in working with social media, influencers, and new channels, and who relies on metrics when making decisions. Conversational English at a work proficiency level is required. Experience in the US and UK markets is a plus. Your responsibilities will include managing two umbrella brands.
The first priority is to create a website for a new product and prepare content for it.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role will include:

Increasing brand recognition (number of queries, growth);

Lead generation/revenue from direct sales through the website.
Responsibilities:

Manage key digital channels and enhance their effectiveness: SMM and influencer marketing, SEO, online store, email marketing, blog, articles, CPA. Effectiveness means increasing landing page conversion rates and traffic growth while maintaining or reducing costs;

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, as well as a creative content strategy, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention;

Manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy;

Influencer Outreach and Management;

Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO rankings and drive organic traffic;

Craft compelling emailers to engage with customers and drive sales and retention;

Coordinate the work of contractors;
-
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly, Implement BI analytics capabilities;

Seek and launch new traffic channels;

Analyze and identify growth opportunities;

Collaborate with other company departments (sales, development, etc.);
Requirements:

English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level;

At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing in e-commerce projects;

Proven track record of working with influencers for 2+ years;

Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail;

In-tune with social trends across various platforms and ability to identify emerging trends;

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related fields;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Project and team management skills.
