Senior/Lead L&D Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Senior/Lead L&D Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop best practice learning and development methodology and programs that ensure sustainable development outside of the classroom;
• Independently create and lead training and development programs. Coordinate the scheduling, planning and communication of programs;
• Facilitate competency assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for professional growth.
• Establish and implement effective learning and development programs tailored to corporate needs.
• Identify and engage external partners for specialized training, overseeing content approval.
• Implement metrics and reporting methods to measure and showcase the impact of talent development.
• Play a key role in designing and implementing tools and technologies to meet evolving organizational needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of HR or L&D experience is essential.
• Up-to-date understanding of effective learning and development methods.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
• Quick adaptability to learning new technologies as required.
• English language (B2).
• Familiarity with LMS software is advantageable.
