Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Specialist to join our in-house Legal Department.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for accuracy, a natural talent for staying organized, and a collaborative approach to address our company’s diverse business needs. In this role, you will report directly to our International Affairs Counsel working closely with them to develop and shape our Licensing & Regulatory Liaisons Team.
Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as developing streamlined, effective processes that support our business expansion goals. In addition, you’ll manage the day-to-day administration for our group of companies operating in multiple countries, organize and maintain accurate records, making key documentation easily accessible and compliant with industry standards.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in compliance procedures;
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly;
- Fluent English: Both written and oral communication skills are essential;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office/G Suite.
- Russian and/or Greek: highly desirable;
- A passion for technology, with hands-on experience in corporate systems or a desire to learn productivity tools and various workflow systems;
- Strong administrative/organizational and time management skills.
- Supporting licensing and compliance processes at every stage, from initial assessment through to implementation and ongoing management;
- Managing day-to-day administration of the Group of Companies in multiple countries (Cyprus, UK, USA, etc.);
- Preparing mandatory documentation for company incorporation and liquidation;
- Preparing internal documentation such as resolutions/minutes, powers of attorney, and other agreements;
- Maintaining various registers and databases for corporate documentation, trademarks, bank accounts, and more;
- Liaising with public authorities and ensuring legal compliance with local and international regulations;
- Collaborating on cross-functional projects, enhancing established processes through technology and innovation.
- Legal/Law background;
- Familiarity with task and corporate management platforms;
- Experience with European and international jurisdictions (Curacao, IOM, BVI, HK, etc.);
- USA corporate governance experience.
