Deputy Head of Lead Generation Department
The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Deputy Head of Lead Generation Department.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an email marketing strategy for lead generation.
- Leading a team of lead generation specialists, providing training and development.
- Analyzing campaign effectiveness and improving key metrics (Open Rate, Reply Rate, CTR, etc.).
- Managing databases: segmentation, cleaning, and updating.
- Collaborating with other departments (sales, marketing, analytics) to achieve business goals.
- Using analytics tools to evaluate work results.
- Implementing modern approaches and tools in email marketing.
Must-haves:
- Experience in email marketing and lead generation for 3+ years.
- Managerial experience: managing a team of at least 10 people, task setting, and results control.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools.
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Skills in database management and experience with CRM systems.
- Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
