Affiliate / Partnership Manager

WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

We're looking for an Affiliate / Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team. Let's make the world's best service for independent travel together!

What you'll do

• Expand our global affiliate network by connecting with new partners such as travel bloggers, content creators, webmasters, CPA networks, influencers, hotels, hostels, property owners, and others to boost sales.
• Manage and support existing partners by developing strategies to increase their sales, organizing contests, and creating initiatives that motivate them to drive more sales.
• Keep partners informed about new destinations and products, ensuring they have the latest information to promote effectively.
• Assist partners in creating and optimizing their marketing materials to maximize their impact.
• Enhance the tools available in WeGoTrip’s affiliate program to make them more effective.
• Streamline and improve processes for partner interactions, making it easier for them to collaborate and succeed.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year experience in affiliate marketing and partner outreach;
• English at C1 (advanced) level: written and oral skills;
• Exceptional sales and communication skills;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Ability to organise your work independently;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• You understand tourism topics or love to travel;
• Location: outside of Russia.
