Call centre Operator with Hindi
We are Insolutions Ltd., a company specializing in digital marketing and product localization in Asian markets for over 5 years.
Our goal is to provide qualified assistance to iGaming projects in expanding their digital presence across various markets. We work with brands of different scales - large and small, local and international. We deliver high-quality digital marketing services to enhance the operations of iGaming companies worldwide.
Currently, due to project expansion, we are looking for a Call Center Operator fluent in Hindi to join our office (near metro station Ryazanskii prospekt).
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, or social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and selecting the best solution.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
- Full-time position with 12-hour shifts (one-hour break).
Shift schedule:

During the training period of 11 days the salary will be 3,000 rubles per 8 hours shift.

After training, during the probation period of 3 months the salary will be 4,000 rubles for 12 hours shift.

After the probation period the salary will increase for 5,000 rubles per 12 hours shift.

There are 23 shifts per month, each lasting for 12 hours (including one-hour break).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Fluent in Hindi.
- Desire to work with South Asian markets.
- Legal conditions for residence in the country.
- Patience, resilience to stress, and good level of concentration.
- Experience working in international team workspace will be a plus.
- Strong Excel skills, experience with customer support programs and data collection tools will be an advantage.
