Technical Support Engineer
What we need:
Technical Support Engineer: Primary role is to ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of wind and photovoltaic (PV)& BESS systems. He/She will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing expert advice on system design and maintenance, and implementing improvements to enhance plant operations. Ensuring and assisting all Wind, PV & BESS plant central integration. PV& BESS . Specialist in statistical modelling, data analytics, performance monitoring, diagnostic and troubleshooting of Wind, PV & BESS technologies.
Who will fit:
-Master’s in engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with membership of a Chartered institute or Engineering body.
-3-5 years of experience in the field with high focus on plant reliability.
-Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines and PV systems& BESS system
-Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving complex technical issues.
-Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends or anomalies.
-Proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, operators, and management.
-Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
-Experience in managing technical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and management.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
-Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, analysis, and reporting.
-Ability to ensure that all technical tasks are completed to high standards.
