Technical Support Specialist

Due to the rapid expansion of our team, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Support team.
Experience and knowledge that we would like to see:
- Basic knowledge of python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Log analysis
- Understanding of how web and network applications work technically
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with developers and non-technical specialists
Nice to Have:
- Сommand of the Linux shell
The main tasks that will be assigned to you include:
- Handling technical inquiries from support and other departments within the organization
- Documenting standard operations and procedures for processing requests
