Duties:

  • Gain insight into partners' service capabilities. The service partner enablement manager supports the partner sales manager to gain insight into sales partners' service elements, focusing on partner service organizations, competitors' service capabilities, historical delivery projects of partners, and service capabilities of partners' engineers, and supports the development of service capability maps for market partners and the development of service enablement strategies.
  • Managed partner service certification. According to Huawei's partner business policies for the enterprise business, the service department, as a professional line, participates in the review and decision-making of partner certification as required.
  • MS Partner Capability Map develop and regularly update the service partner capability map based on the input of partner service capability insight.
  • Manage Partner Service Enablement and Assessment; Develop service capability development plans (including corporate/individual/instructor development plans) with service departments to align with partners' capability improvement objectives, guide training and enablement activities, evaluate service capabilities, and continuously improve partners' service capabilities.
  • Manage Partner Climate and Service Health. Collaborate with partners' sales managers to plan partners' marketing activities, actively listen to partners' voices and resolve partners' issues through a unified voice management platform, and improve partners' perception and cooperation health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Uzbek/English/Russian speaking;
  • Good communication skills for solution communication, key event value presentation to customer;
  • Skills for word/powerpoint/excel to make efficiency work;
  • Work experience in ICT distributor/integrator company in Uzbekistan;
  • Ability Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders, Manage a team & flexible to travel all over office.

Working conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
  • Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
  • Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • The working language is English.
  • Knowledge of spoken English is required. The interview held in English.
