Indirect Procurement Specialist

Duties:

• Collects and organizes procurement proposals for equipment, goods, and services monthly, in line with the Company’s Procurement Policy and regulations.
• Builds long-term relationships with suppliers, handles operational tasks such as negotiating delivery terms, placing orders, tracking invoices and contracts, and ensuring timely signing of documents.
• Seeks alternative suppliers, negotiates offers, conducts supplier reliability checks, and arranges contract signing and original document handling.
• Conducts tenders via email or online platforms, prepares technical specifications, summarizes results, checks supplier reliability, and organizes tender committee meetings.
• Monitors the market for new potential suppliers.
• Tracks supplier discounts to secure favorable terms for the Company.
• Prepares procurement plans and justifications upon request and ensures adherence to quality and quantity targets.
• Coordinates export control classification checks of purchased goods with the Company’s export control team.

Requirements:

• Higher education in technical/economical area,
• English - upper intermediate
• Experience in procurement not less than 2 year.
• Experience in procurement of medical equipment and healthcare products is an advantage.
• Understanding of tender process on the online plaftorms
• Result-oriented and reliable person.
