Payment Business Development Manager

Today, we're in search of a talented individual - a Payment Business Development Manager, to join our Payment Department team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving growth and expanding our business within the payment sector.

Responsibilities:

• Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs.
• Holding actual Payment market research.
• Provide business justification for selecting a new PSP.
• Conduct negotiations with PSPs to obtain the best rate options.
• Work closely with the Legal team regarding contract signing and legal negotiations.
• Control the margin level per market and take action to increase it.
  
  Requirements:
• Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position.
• Higher education in business, economics or related field.
• Experience working in one of the fields: banks, PSPs, Forex, Fintech.
• Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in conducting intensive research and market analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude, and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
