Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Lead Qualification & Development: Evaluate and qualify leads generated by your team to ensure they meet our target client profile. Develop these leads into strong business opportunities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients;
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as RFX and Product, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead generation.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly update and manage the CRM system with accurate and timely data. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior management.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Sales role within the technology sector, with a focus on custom software development, IoT solutions or related fields.
- Lead Qualification Expertise: Demonstrated success in qualifying and advancing leads through the sales funnel, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and offer bespoke solutions. Experience in negotiating and closing deals.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of software development processes, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in English: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional language will be considered an advantage.
- Market Understanding: A strong understanding of the European and US markets, including market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
- Willingness to Travel: The willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events, as required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
- Independence: A strong sense of autonomy with the ability to confidently articulate and defend your point of view in discussions with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives
