• 3PL process & docs control

∙ Control Purchase order of goods for import to RF

∙ Control custom duty payment process & custom clearance process close communication with customs agents

∙ Control Custom value corrections and add requests from Custom;

∙ Communicate with 3PL providers for operation arrangement;

∙ Control logistics document flow;

∙ WH-transportation company operation control;

∙ Logistic contract & addendum checking, preparation & control;

∙ Cargo and WH insurance control and reporting;

• Delivery & CBW ( Custom Bonded warehouse management & control)

∙ Inbound planning, shipping status & CBW stock level analysis, Inbound/ Outbound schedule arrangement;

∙ Communicate with Sales Dep in Republic of Belarus in a view of sales plan, delivery restrictions and other data needed for normal process operation;

∙ Organization transportation under customs transit goods from CBW to Belarus

∙ Check & control sales & delivery instructions;

∙ Arrange and control order delivery priority;

Requirements:

• No less than one year of Experience in logistics and customs

• Fluent English

• Responsible, attentive to detail, good communication skills.

• Work in interantional environment;
