Trade Marketing Manager
An international alcohol company is looking for Trade Marketing Manager, location Almaty.
We're looking for a results-oriented individual with solid managerial experience in the FMCG sector who can drive impactful activation plans and optimize resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with channel/brand strategies and market conditions.

Develop and implement comprehensive category-specific planogram strategies by integrating shopper insights, market research, and sales data to establish standardized processes across retail channels, while ensuring alignment with brand objectives and defining space allocation based on performance metrics and priorities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive multi-year budget strategies across trade marketing investments (POSM, CAPEX, loyalty programs, merchandising personnel)
- Conduct annual reviews, propose and implement corrective actions throughout the execution process.
- Create and deliver effective activation plans for each channel in accordance with strategic business objectives and portfolio strategies. Ensure implementation through coordination with all commercial and production functions.
- Manage adherence to the Planning Cycle process, CRM marketing initiatives, and other processes related to development, implementation, evaluation, and communication of trade, customer, and consumer activities in local and national promotions.
- Oversee the development and production of promotional materials while monitoring their effective utilization across regions.
- Plan and effectively manage the trade marketing activities budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Requirements
- Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Management
- 5+years experience in Trade Marketing
- Min 3 years of managerial experience in FMCG sector
- Proficiency in contract management and execution processes
- Expert knowledge of merchandising tools and performance analytics
- Advanced proficiency in sales analytics and sales performance evaluation methodologies
- Deep understanding of B2B and B2C market analysis differences and evaluation criteria for various distribution channels
- Strong grasp of customer segmentation principles across different distribution channels
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- English language level – Upper-Intermediate
