Middle System administrator

Our IT Department seeks an experienced System Administrator to join LexerX Team!

Requirements:

• Experience in network administration from 100 workplaces and IT infrastructure support;
• Proficiency in administering and managing Windows, Linux, and macOS;
• Experience in configuring various network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.);
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and routing;
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP;
• Experience with virtualization technologies;
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex system issues;
• Experience with procurement of IT equipment and software licenses;
• Relevant education in IT will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure in the local and remote offices;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Offline and online employee support;
• Purchase and accounting of IT equipment and software licenses;
• Interaction with contractors, service centers, suppliers;
• Preparation of workplaces for employees, providing with the necessary equipment.
