Product Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)
We’re seeking a self-motivated, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to become first dedicated product marketer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks from market research to crafting positioning, creating content, and launching features. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success tems to ensure product messaging resonates with the right audience and drives adoption. You’ll be reporting directly to the company founder/CEO.

Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging and a unique value proposition for Mapsly’s products and features.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches and updates, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Content Creation: Write and design engaging marketing assets, including case studies, landing pages, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and email campaigns.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, and FAQs to empower our sales team.
• Customer Engagement: Interview customers, gather insights, and develop case studies, testimonials, and educational materials.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and sales teams to influence the roadmap and align marketing strategies with business goals.
While you will be able to delegate routine tasks to contractors, you will have to execute many things simultaneously by yourself, and be responsible for the delivery of tasks by those to whom you delegate.
Expectations of candidate experience:
• 3+ years in product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and driving adoption.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute hands-on.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in creating a wide range of content and marketing collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
