Senior Financial Analyst (Payroll, FP&A)

We are Global IT Company looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (Payroll, FP&A) to join our HQ FP&A team. This role relates to Payroll block, work closely with Finance and HR (C&B/Reward Team), involves managing contributing to cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare data for monthly closures (12 Countries, ~300 HC), working closely with global accounting and controlling teams
• Oversee payroll input/output, provider communication, and calendar preparation.
• Manage monthly payroll forecasts and drive process
• Work closely with HR (C&B/Reward team) and Finance (FP&A) in Annual Budgeting, quarterly forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis, regular and ad-hoc reports
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and reporting
• Develop automated tools and financial models to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• 3+ years in finance roles (analyst, controller, accountant)
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL/Axapta knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Experience in month-end processes, financial planning, and projects
• Accurate, able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multitasking effectively
