Product Marketing Manager (OT Cybersecurity)
We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of Kaspersky OT Cybersecurity products, services, and their dedicated vertical offerings. This role involves creating compelling marketing communications and high-quality assets that inspire engagement among stakeholders at all levels, from technical managers to executive decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial cybersecurity product marketing and practical experience of working in the following key verticals, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to create impactful content. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing communication strategy, developing assets, and ensuring the successful global business development of Kaspersky Enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Vertical offerings:
- Plan and deliver expert-level content aligned with the Kaspersky OT Cybersecurity Framework, addressing digitalization trends in industrial automation and the corresponding cybersecurity challenges in key verticals.
- Position Kaspersky’s OT Cybersecurity products, services, and advanced cross-product scenarios as market-leading one-vendor solution to address these cybersecurity challenges.
2. Align Content with Product Launches:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with new product features.
- Coordinate external cross-functional virtual teams and oversee post-launch analyses to refine strategies.
3. Shape Messaging, Positioning, and Differentiation:
- Work with the team to develop clear and effective solution messaging that addresses customer pain points.
- Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse buyer personas throughout the customer journey.
4. Craft Compelling Value Propositions for each target vertical and buyer segmen:
- Emphasize business outcomes for executives and technical benefits for operational managers.
5. Drive Global Market Awareness:
- Organize events, roadshows, and public engagements featuring Kaspersky’s top spokespersons.
- Ensure strong representation of Kaspersky’s brand at conferences, industry events, and media interactions.
6. Create Marketing and Sales Enablement Content:
- Develop high-impact collateral that communicates the value of our products to executives and technical buyers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering; an MS or MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity product marketing or management.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful marketing content aligned with strategic goals.
- Expertise in articulating value propositions for both executive and technical audiences across key verticals.
- Familiarity with OT, ICS, IoT, or network security technologies and international industrial cybersecurity standards is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience using messaging frameworks to create effective marketing materials.
