SMM Lead (project in UAE)

A fashion-tech startup based in the UAE is looking for an SMM Lead to join our team. Our mobile application offers an online wardrobe experience alongside expert consultations from top fashion professionals.

The main responsibility of the SMM Lead is to exponentially grow our audience across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Trendwatching, developing new formats, creating viral mechanisms
- Analyzing our communications and those of our competitors
- Assigning tasks to agencies for content creation
- Strong expertise in social media management, generating ideas (focusing more on solutions based on experience rather than hypotheses, with clear technical specifications)
- Extensive experience in SMM, strong familiarity with fashion SMM
- Immersing yourself in the project, conducting research on competitors and similar projects, and adopting successful strategies

Our Expectations:

First and foremost, you are a strategist, not just a creative. We need someone with a clear expertise in SMM, who generates ideas based on experience rather than hypotheses, with clearly defined technical specifications.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with a clear career track, and background with at least one long-term project
- Experience in promoting mobile apps and IT solutions within a B2C environment
- A portfolio is key: we will evaluate not only the results but also how you structured the processes
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
- A keen eye for quality, modern content, and the ability to distinguish high-level work
