Tangem is a stable and well-funded startup experiencing rapid growth and development, supported by giants like SBI Holdings, Shima Capital, and others.

We develop mobile applications and NFC smart cards that allow for simple and secure storage and distribution of digital assets. Tangem is chosen by users in 171 countries worldwide, and we're not stopping there. We've grown our user base by a factor of 9 and doubled our team, with plans to continue growing—expanding the functionality of existing products and launching new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and engage top IT talent through active hunting, networking, and utilizing recruitment platforms.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT positions, as well as roles in finance, product management, sales, and marketing departments.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of both hard and soft skills, with a focus on evaluating candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit.
  • Present the company’s value proposition effectively, "selling" roles and the company culture to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, strategize recruitment efforts, and ensure seamless alignment of candidates with organizational needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies, including social media outreach and talent mapping, to target passive candidates.
  • Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Strong skill in assessing soft skills and cultural fit during interviews.
  • Ability to “headhunt” passive candidates and effectively present job opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive successful hires.
  • Passion for HR and a desire to contribute to broader HR initiatives like employee engagement and process improvements.
