Responsibilities:

Transaction Reconciliation:

Perform regular transaction reconciliations with partner companies.

Ensure transaction volumes and values align between our system and partner platforms.

Reconcile transaction volumes across multiple tokens and determine the settlement exchange rates used by partners.

Commission Monitoring & Analysis:

Track and monitor exchange rates used for calculating commissions.

Analyze ad-hoc reports to identify discrepancies (e.g., detect manipulation in swaps by partners).

Compare different token exchange rates to ensure competitiveness, and negotiate with partners if unfavorable.

Liquidity Management:

Manage liquidity across payment systems, banks, and crypto (settlement/treasury).

Monitor currency fluctuations, ensuring timely execution of withdrawals and settlements.

Regularly review balances and report liquidity status, ensuring optimal financial operations.

Partner Onboarding & Settlement Operations:

Oversee the onboarding process for new partners across regions (Europe, APAC, LATAM).

Ensure efficient settlement processes with partners, adjusting terms and exchange rates where necessary to maintain favorable conditions.

Reporting:

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, tracking transaction volumes, commissions, and currency exchanges.

Provide in-depth analysis of liquidity performance and partner settlement efficiency upon request.

Requirements:

Experience in fintech and crypto industry

Strong experience in transaction reconciliation, liquidity management, and monitoring exchange rates.

Analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from ad-hoc reporting.

Experience negotiating with partners to optimize financial terms.

Proven experience in onboarding partners and settlement processes across regions like Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, token exchanges, and cross-border payment systems.
