Business Analyst (E-Commerce)

We are looking for an experienced business analyst who is ready to work independently on collecting, analyzing, and managing requirements at all stages of projects.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of BA experience including client-facing experience
• Experience with E-commerce (preferably Shopify)
• Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
• Usage of UML, BPMN
• Experience in designing interfaces
• Excellent interaction/communication skills in English (B2-C1 level of English)
• Proactiveness, leadership skills
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), JIRA, and Confluence

It would be a plus to have:

• Experience with ERP would be a big plus
