User Experience Manager

Define important metrics, functionality and technology requirements, - provide ongoing support, design, and define strategic directions within digital product management.

Gather feedback from various stakeholders and develop a corresponding product backlog/roadmap, prioritize the backlog.

Generate ideas to improve the user experience and address existing issues.

Analyze user feedback, research, and data to understand market needs (usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews).

Search for best practices in the market, implement new solutions to enhance the user experience, and test them.

Collaborate with other company employees to maintain a consistent user experience in digital products.

Lead the development team in an agile format to achieve set goals.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Upper-intermediate level of English.

Advanced Excel, PPT user.

Results-oriented.

Project management skills.

Presentation skills (project results, KPIs, reports).

Analytical thinking.
