Dispatcher Team Lead

We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are such companies as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America and many others. We just opened an office in California and are now in the process of opening an office in Florida.

We are looking for a Dispatcher Team Leader to help coordinate our dispatch team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role will involve hands-on work, supporting both the team and other departments to meet project goals efficiently.

It's a fully remote position

Compensation: Hourly rate. Company-wide bonus program, when we succeed together, we celebrate together!

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am — 5 pm, New York time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks for the dispatch team and communicate project details with Project Managers and Installers.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot) and oversee task progress in ClickUp.
• Participate directly in projects, managing timelines and prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Support and guide the team to foster a positive, efficient work environment.
• Manage team of 2.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in construction or related industries.
• Basic experience with CRM and task management tools (such as HubSpot and ClickUp).
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Team coordination experience; able to communicate clearly with other departments.
• Intermediate English level (B2 or higher) and good communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
