UX/UI-дизайнер

⁃ Create elegant and useful interfaces that make an emotional connection with a broad consumer base;

⁃ Being able to work on existing projects, editing and upgrading them with consistency based on given brand and digital guidelines;

⁃ Collaborate with other designers, cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new and optimized user interfaces within the agreed deadlines;

⁃ Develop and iterate prototypes to validate design concepts and gather valuable user feedback;

⁃ Conduct ongoing user research to understand user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions;

⁃ Test and validate design options, ensuring they align with the user-centered approach;

⁃ Research and keep current with new UI/UX design trends.

Key Requirements:

⁃ 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role;

⁃ Proficient in Figma, and preferable hands on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and other relevant design tools;

⁃ Demonstrable experience in creating user-focused UI/UX designs with a portfolio featuring clear rationale and process behind featured work;

⁃ A good understanding of the best practices and standards in User Experience design methodologies and processes;

⁃ A sharp eye and attention to detail;

⁃ Self-motivated, team player and result-oriented;

⁃ Creative problem solving and resourcefulness;

⁃ Experience with designing mobile applications, websites and digital experiences;

⁃ Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles;

⁃ Willing to learn new technologies and skills.

Full-time position with a standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
