Senior Product Analyst

Our wonderful Age of Magic team always strives to use the most current data analysis methods to more accurately understand the needs and preferences of our players, improve the user experience and, as a result, increase the game's profitability.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst who can create valuable data-driven product insights and has experience in machine learning to make our game even more attractive to our players.

Tasks

• Prioritize tasks for mini-team of product analysts.
• Formation and validation of product hypotheses.
• Close work with game designers to find growth areas and improve monetization metrics.
• Search for user behavior patterns.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate the results of A/B tests.
• Research ways to improve segmentation.
• Work on technical tools for data collection.

Our ideal candidate has

• At least 3 years of experience as a product analyst on gaming projects.
• Experience working with product parameters and metrics (required).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools - Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Excellent presentation and data visualization skills.
• Interest in the gaming industry.
• STEM education.
• Fluent Russian.
