Lead QA Engineer (Web)

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer for Web platform!

Candidate’s Checklist

• I am currently working as a QA Lead
• I participate in the release of at least one project in its entirety, or in the release of a major project feature
• I balance a significant portion of time on organizing QA team workflows with hands-on testing
• I am experienced in planning and managing work for a project involving around 10 QA specialists, divided into smaller sub-teams
• I have got deep understanding of client-server communication, the HTTP protocol, and RESTful architecture
• I am proficient in SQL and Postman
• I am familiar with some of the following technologies and open to learn other: RabbitMQ, Kafka, Websockets, NoSQL databases
• I am skilled at generating quality reports and analysis for the developed applications
• I am able to mentor and train new team members
• My English level is B2 or higher. I am able to communicate with an Eglish-speaking client directly.

Desirable Skills

• Experience across multiple platforms (mobile, web, desktop)
• Strong experience in conducting non-functional testing.
