From us:

• Structure and support investment transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage corporate reorganizations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and internal teams to ensure successful deal closures.

From you:

• Holds a degree in Law, preferably with an LLM from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within international law firms, private equity, or venture capital funds.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate law and excellent communication skills.
• English level: B2/C1
• Experience in structuring cross-border transactions (not just simple stock transfers).
• Experience in preparing Letters of Intent (LOI), Term Sheets (TS), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA), and options.
