Specialist in the preparation of tender documents
About the Role:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Specialist in Tender Document Preparation, including Expressions of Interest (EoIs) and Requests for Proposals (RfPs). The ideal candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of developing, drafting, and submitting EoIs and RfPs across a diverse portfolio of projects and opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team, a thorough understanding of project requirements, and the ability to ensure that all submissions adhere to company standards, International Financial Organization (IFO) procedures and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and submit high-quality EoIs and RfPs for a wide range of opportunities.
- Analyze client requirements and specifications to tailor proposals effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, financial, legal) to gather necessary content and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and formats.
- Manage timelines and ensure timely submission of all proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance the quality of submissions.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in preparing EoIs and RfPs.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of proposal development processes and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sectors like consulting, infrastructure, international development projects, or public sector contracts is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Uzbek and Russian is essential.
