Sales manager (English, German)

Your responsibility would be for the successful attainment of department targets. His/her main role is to increase the overall membership and revenue of the company through reaching and exceeding monthly and annual target while developing and motivating the sales staff. You will be a pivotal support for the Client Services Director by building prospective leads for new business opportunities within the country. The excitement of the hunt will drive him or her on their own. vivacious and motivated by a well-defined sales and marketing plan. You will also cultivate intimate ties with a designated list of potential clients with a lot of room for you at the company for improvement and self-development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interaction with customers in German or English;
• Only warm customer base for the company's B2B products;
• Data research;
• CRM reporting;
• Participate in meetings and briefings;
Requirements:
• Fluent in English or German from B2+ level (TOEFL, IELTS would be a great advantage);
• Experience of working with a warm or cold customer base (support/negotiation/sales will be an advantage);
• Be ready to work from the office, can be half remote after test period.
