Key Responsibilities:

- Fluent in English or German C1+ level (TOEFL, IELTS would be a great advantage);

- Keep a work calendar of calls, supporting your work with business correspondence;

- To form and develop your customer base within the company, building trusting and long-term relationships with clients;

A great advantage if you have:

- Work experience in: IT, digital call centre, retention, digital, consulting, financial companies or online schools;

- Communication skills, competent speech in a foreign language, attentiveness, punctuality, stress tolerance, and love sales!
