Position: HR-аналитик \ HR Analyst
City of residence: Moscow
Role Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- Preparing daily/monthly/weekly reports;
- Payroll Checker and Payroll Process Analytics
- Preparing presentations on HR department performance metrics;
- Participating in data automation projects;
- Ad-hoc analytics tasks;
- Communicating with managers on HR indicators, suggesting optimization or improvement of visualization or data collection
- Budgeting of HR expenses (number of employees, payroll);
- Analysis and control of budget execution;
- Control of the number of employees, the number of vacancies and offers;
- Preparation of statistics, analytical requests, forecast and data visualization
- Analysis and development of reports and proposals for improving and automating business processes of the HR service and organizational development;
- Analysis of data on service projects: participation in determining key metrics, generating summary reports, generating conclusions based on data;
- Administration of platforms related to the collection, storage and processing of analytical data on employees and HR projects;
- SAP workflow from hire to retire;
- Preparation of the visual part of the data (dashboard, presentation and other communication materials) for users of different levels (from employees and specialists to managers);
- Active participation in the analysis of the market for employers' proposals and part of the C&B and other working conditions;
- Interaction with internal teams in HR areas: recruitment, project teams, assessment and training.
Requirements:
- Higher (economic, technical, mathematical, in the field of information technology);
- Experience of at least 1 year in the field of activity in analytics, experience in the HR field is an advantage when considering candidates;
- Skills in working with large volumes of unstructured data and information, generating analytical reports;
- Skills in analyzing, modeling, optimizing business processes;
- Working experience of SAP HR and 1C is must;
- Advanced Excel Skills is must
- Systemic and analytical thinking, ability to clearly convey your thoughts;
- Desire to learn and develop, optimize processes around.
