Sales Agent at Green Light ELD

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Experience: 1+ years in sales

Green Light ELD is looking for driven sales agents to join our team. If you’re passionate about hitting targets and love the challenge of closing deals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to cold and warm leads to convert them into customers.
• Work closely with our marketing and management teams.
• Leverage your communication and persuasion skills to build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in ELD management (Required).
• Cold-calling experience (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (Required).
• Russian or Uzbek language skills (Preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $200 - $500 (depending on experience).
• Commission: Performance-based with the potential to earn 50%+ over your base salary (overall with good performance, can earn up to $3000).
• Working Days: Monday-Saturday (5,5 days), Hours: 5 pm - 2 am.
• Comfortable office near the center of Tashkent with amenities and a supportive environment.
• Training and career development in the trucking industry.
