B2b Customer Support Manager
Office - Full Time Employment.
International developer* of software services for business. Specializes in solving complex IT problems in MarTech, SalesTech, Fintech. Also provides product implementation services through B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
customer communication in English or French;
only warm customer base for b2b products of the company;
data research;
CRM reporting;
participate in meetup and briefs.
Requirements:
fluent in English or French from B2+ level (TOEFL, IELTS would be a great advantage);
experience of working with a warm or cold customer base (support/negotiation/sales will be an advantage);
be ready to work from the office, can be half remote after test period.
Conditions:

salary from 1000$ fixed + %
mandatory onboarding period;
