Lead Generation Manager

mobile applications since 2015. We focus on long-term projects, building products from scratch as part of distributed product teams. Our сlients are based in the USA, the UK, and the EU.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prospecting potential Сlients via LinkedIn.
- Generating cold and targeted leads.
- Using tools to automate the lead generation process.
- Managing communication with prospects and qualifying them.
- Handling objections from prospects.
- Scheduling meetings for the Sales Manager and participating in pre-sale activities.
- Maintaining and updating CRM records.
- Following up with leads to ensure engagement.
- Collaborating with a small team of Lead Generation Managers and the Sales Lead
What Skills We Value:
Hard Skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo.io or similar).
- Knowledge of lead generation automation tools.
- Advanced proficiency in gSuite tools (gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, gCalendar, gMail).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- High conscientiousness and responsibility.
- Initiative and a proactive attitude.
- A results-oriented mindset.
- Strong self-discipline.
- A desire to grow professionally.
- A team player with excellent internal collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools.

- Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Basic skills in outbound email tools (e.g., Woodpecker, Lemlist).
- Experience with productivity tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, Notion).
