Sales Manager (for Marketing services)

The American-based marketing agency, the Home Alliance department, is looking for the Sales Manager role for selling marketing services to B2B clients in the USA.

You will have to sell to different industries. We expect the understanding what marketing services are and how to sell them. There are Paid Social, Paid Search, SMM, SEO, marketing strategy development in our case suit.

Duties:

• Processing incoming leads to CRM, calling and providing demos to them, selling marketing services (first, PPC, SMM, marketing strategy) based on our success cases.

• Filling reports about the SQL funnel progress in Google Sheets;

• Reporting to and managed by the Head of Marketing.

We are looking for a specialist who meets the following requirements:

• skills and ability to sell marketing services (Google/FB Ads, SEO, website development, marketing strategy development and so on);

• English - at least Proficient (C2) or Native (make sure you are able to talk with English speaking clients and persuade them to buy our services);

• 2-3 years of experience;

• proven experience on English-speaking markets;

• high self-organization;

• understanding how to sell marketing services or related experience;

• work in marketing agencies - would be a plus;

• remote work - working hours by US time zones (Los-Angeles, New York) - according to the clients inside the US.
  
  We offer:

• Comfortable remote work from home wherever you are located.

• Good sales fee, consisting from the $1,000 fixed part and 10% of sold services. According to our monthly sales plan (around 200 incoming leads), with the CR 6% the Sales Manager could make around $2,600-$7,000. We also have some high-ticket products. So, it total the Sales Manager can earn around $3,600-$7,000 per month, especially if his conversion rate will be higher than 6%.
