Position Summary:
Primary focus is providing programmatic administrative & marketing support for Endoscopy/ Rhythm Management divisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in localization of products materials and product catalogues;
- Coordinate with the design agency to collate all designs for products materials;
- Initiate and set up processes for approval and localization of upcoming marketing and products. materials according to local registration and compliance; requirements;
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for internal and external customers;
- Collect data and research for marketing campaigns;
- Maintain the events calendar;
- Learn about new marketing campaigns and help in brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
- including final year of bachelor’s degree or 1st-2nd year master's degree (or graduate) -Economics or Marketing field will be an asset;
- Working experience is an advantage;
- Interest in medical device industry, desire to develop and gain new skills;
- Advanced user of MS Office applications: Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, Macros, Charts) and Power Point or ability to master it quickly;
- English: Upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Team player with strong communication skills;
- Fast learner and high level of maturity – being a person you can rely on;
- Ability to meet deadlines, accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette;
