Your Mission ‍

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and efficiency to a team currently facing challenges in communication, stakeholder management, and planning. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, can effectively manage uncertainty, and is capable of aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of C1-level proficiency in English is required for this position.

• 3–4 years of experience as a project manager in website development or digital product creation.

• Ability to facilitate clear, transparent, and consistent communication across departments

• Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations through regular updates, realistic timelines, and well-defined deliverables.

• Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve misalignments or misunderstandings within the team.

• Proven experience in bringing structure to chaotic environments by implementing effective planning tools and processes.

• Skilled in setting realistic project goals, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with all team members.

• Ability to communicate trade-offs, risks, and updates effectively to ensure alignment between business needs and team capacity.

• Confidence in managing upward communication, advocating for the team when necessary.

• Analytical mindset to identify systemic issues and propose sustainable improvements in planning and execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Planning and Coordination.

• Establish clear channels for communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities and progress.

• Develop and maintain realistic project plans that minimize chaos and increase predictability.

• Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and reducing silos.

• Identify an address gaps in the current processes, introducing tools and frameworks that enable consistency and transparency.

• Regularly report project status to stakeholders, mitigating risks and managing expectations effectively.

What you’ll work on:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of website development projects, including initial planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and final deployment, while ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.

• Manage client tasks and mini-projects that may involve multiple departments.

• Assist DevOps in notifying clients about server-related work.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian will be a significant advantage.

⏳ Radical Accountability & Giving Back Time:

You have full control over your schedule. We believe in radical accountability—how and when you work is entirely up to you, as long as project deadlines are met and the work is delivered at a high standard. To support your well-being, we encourage taking two mental health recharge days per month from February to November. Additionally, our company closes for two weeks at the end of the year for the holidays, so there’s no expectation for work during that time, giving you the chance to rest and recharge.

Should life events, like the arrival of a new child, arise, you’ll have the flexibility to take up to 3 months off without affecting your contract.
