Lead Execution Engineer

Обязанности:

• Manage engineering execution of all design activities during all project stages (Assess, Concept Select, Feed, Detail Design).

• Effectively to plan, monitor and control the work of self and various disciplines taking into account the priorities of the projects.
• Manage KPO engineering function and contractors to ensure that the design and modifications meet the KPO requirements.
• Manage definition of the work tasks assigned to provide design contractor with robust fixed scope of work and fixed basis of design.
• Facilitate review of developed design by KPO stakeholder departments to ensure developed project documentation being in compliance with state standards, rules and instructions.
• Participate in review of design packages developed by Engineering Services Contractor and in-house engineering team.
• Manage successful transition of the engineering and design activities from call-off scope of work through all phases including management of change, to work pack issued for construction and follow-on engineering during execution stage.
• Review and screen for acceptance, technical query requests from engineering services contractor and site queries from construction services contractor.
• Liaise with PLA department to define the project requirements on permitting. Support to PLA to obtain required permitting documents.
• Liaise with the Planning engineer on the design submission schedule and ensure that all design submissions are on time.
• Interface with DCC on the transaction of the design deliverables to ensure that the flow of the documents is smooth and correct.
• Manage the progress of work towards the planned schedule and the project objectives.
• Conduct technical evaluations of bids from design contractors.
• Compare and analyze technical proposals, making recommendations based on technical merit, compliance, and overall value.
• To comply with requirements of the safety, health and environmental laws of Kazakhstan, and to obey the corporate policy of KPO on safety, health, and environment, and to practice KPO safety systems

• Competence in the process of multi-disciplined engineering workflows, with working knowledge of the significance in deliverable hierarchies and prioritization.
• Onshore oil and gas upstream facilities.
• RoK and international codes, regulations and standards regulation to technical documentation.
• Organization, planning and economics of designing and engineering survey.
• Advanced national and foreign experience in engineering.
• Technical, economical, ecological and social requirements to the projects under design.
• Risk assessment.
• Assess quality of technical requirements for projects.
• Labour protection standards and rules.
• Technical terminologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of RoK and international codes, regulations, and standards. Knowledge of the latest developments and current best practice in piping & valve design and materials.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• To be computer-literate.
• To manage time effectively.
