Vietnam Office Head

SearchInform is a leading Russian developer of data security solutions. We have market presence in Russia, CIS, LATAM, South Africa and Middle East. Now, we are inviting Vietnam Office Head to join our team.

We are looking for motivated and initiative-driven experts who can champion own ideas, know and enjoy sales, as well as like and know how to administrate.

Responsibilities:

• Management of administrative processes related to office operations
• Close communication between offices and departments
• Training of employees, mentoring, assisting in closing deals
• Fulfilment of the sales plan
• Development of a comprehensive product promotion program
• Participation in conferences/exhibitions to promote the product;
• Reporting on the work performed and achievements of the division

Requirements:

• University degree
• Leadership and management skills or experience in managing a department/unit
• Advanced computer skills (passion for IT)
• Good public speaking, presentation and negotiation skills
• Accomplishment of results
• Willingness to study and process a lot of information
• Analytical mindset and independence in decision making
• Fluent Vietnamese, knowledge Russian language
• Possibility of permanent residence in Vietnam and willingness to travel to the headquarters.

• Fixed salary + commission
