What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience managing teams in IT companies.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, marketers, designers, and sales specialists.
• Experience with onboarding and presenting systems to clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher is a plus.
• Comfort with working on projects related to OnlyFans content.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of a CRM system tailored for chat operators.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and ensure smooth workflows within the team.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, designers, and sales specialists.
• Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
• Monitor development progress, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare project reports and presentations on progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Continuously analyze competitors and suggest improvements to keep the product ahead of the curve.
• Gather feedback from clients and translate insights into actionable improvements for the product.

Our Team

You’ll be working with:

• Development Team: Team Lead, 2 Frontend Developers, 3 Backend Developers, 1 App Developer, 3 QA specialists.
• Marketing Team: 2 SEO Specialists, 1 Outreach Manager, 3 Copywriters (with plans to expand further).

Tech Stack: ReactJS, VueJS, TypeScript, Electron, Vanilla JS (Native JS), Apollo Client for GraphQL, NodeJS, NestJS, GraphQL (code-first approach), Docker, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
