SOFTPROM looking for IT Security Business Development Manager in Uzbekistan

Key personal qualities:
1. Active, open-minded, result-oriented person
2. Ability to study and start using new knowledge, trends, themes quickly
3. Readiness to work in multitasking mode in quickly-changing environment/market
4. Readiness to study the sales process of technically complex IT Security solutions (DLP, PAM, SIEM, MDM, WAF ...). Technical experience in system integration solutions and, or distribution can be a plus, however, is not determinative if the candidate is ready to get insight into complex IT-solutions sales process quickly.
5. Good organizational skills
6. Ability to perform assigned tasks independently
7. Initiative on ideas and plans for development within the working scope. And determination in the implementation of those ideas and plans.
8. Ability to think \“outside of the box\”, without the stereotypes of the previous experience
9. Ability to make independent decisions
10. Broad-based knowledge is a plus

Job scope (non-exhaustive list):
1. Recruit and develop new and existing partners
2. Collaborate with new and existing partners in their projects: help in finding new opportunities, commercial offer preparation, follow-up and successful closure of these projects. (Project is an opportunity of selling product/solution through a partner to a customer)
3. Business development and marketing plans preparation, implementation of those plans
4. Meetings/presentations with partners and end-users. POC conductions. Involvement them in cooperation with Vendors and Distributor
5. Cooperation with the vendors (projects registration, partner`s programs, etc.)
6. Reporting and pipe-lines preparation

Requirements:
Experience of sales on the market of telecommunication and IT in Uzbekistan more than 2 years
English intermediate and higher.
