Position: B2B/SaaS Pre-Sale Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and generate new business leads within the B2B sector.
    • Conduct market research to understand potential clients and their needs.
    • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Product Demonstration and Consultation:

    • Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each potential client.
    • Provide in-depth consultations to understand clients' requirements and present customized solutions.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our SaaS products.
  • Sales Process Management:

    • Manage the pre-sale process, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for successful sales conversions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process.
    • Address and resolve any client concerns or objections promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in the funeral services industry is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics of B2B sales.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
