Regional Affiliate Manager
Looking for local regional managers to manage partners in the following regions: LATAM (ex. Brazil) \ Thailand \ Arabic \ Vietnam \ Indonesia \ India
Responsibilities:

Actively search for and attract new partners through various channels with focus on Revenue Share model.

Conduct negotiations and finalise partnership agreements.

Activate new partners and support them through the early stages of collaboration.

Escalate complex technical issues to the development team with full data collection.

Maintain regular reporting on activity and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in FinTech from 1 year.
- Deep understanding of marketing and affiliate program mechanics.
- Experience working with partners of various levels and strong knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to quickly analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with affiliate platforms and methods for optimising affiliate programs.
- Understanding of different traffic types and key affiliate funnels.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management and high self-organization.
- Proactive approach and readiness for continuous development.
- Advanced Russian is a strong plus.
