INTERNSHIP - JUNIOR RECRUTIER

Main Responsibilities

Write and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms

Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms

Review and evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability

Write candidates evaluations after interviews

Keep candidates updated about the selection process

Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process following best practices

Support in administrative/operational tasks if needed

Market research on KZ to support hiring in the region
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field at a university in Almaty.
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory. An internship or coursework related to recruitment will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in an international setting.
- Proficiency in English and Russian
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of ATS and recruitment software (e.g., Recruitee, Personio, Factorial or similar).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly in pipeline management and screenings
