We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Sales Supervisor to lead our B2C online sales efforts in the tobacco industry. As the Online Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing online sales strategies, managing a team of online sales professionals, and driving revenue growth through online sales channels.

What you would do:

  • Develop and implement strategic online sales plans to achieve B2C revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing American and European clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and manage a team of online sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Analyze online sales data and performance metrics to monitor progress and optimize strategies
  • Provide regular reports and updates on online sales performance to management
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization through effective online sales leadership and strategy implementation

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager of Call Center Team in B2C online sales, preferably with an international market.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful personal experience in online sales.
  • Strong understanding of online sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales tools
  • Fluent English C1-C2 is a must-have, ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and team members.
  • Personal Qualities: proactive, initiative-driven, analytical thinking, leadership skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

Working conditions:

  • Full remote work from any location.
  • Work schedule is 5/2 from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Madrid time).
  • Base salary from 2000 USD, plus commission from team sales and bonuses!
  • Professional service contract (self-employed).
