Offline marketing manager

Adrian Magnus, a leading luxury cigar brand, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to spearhead our offline presence in key markets such as Spain, Germany, the USA, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ATL and BTL campaigns to enhance product awareness and support our strategic marketing initiatives.
• Organize and promote events, expos, and product activations.
• Lead product promotion efforts at retail locations.
• Plan and oversee the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion.
• Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials for events and retail locations.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments, presenting innovative ideas and strategies.
• Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other internal stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally across Europe and other countries as required.

Requirements

• European residency with the ability to travel.
• 2-3 years of experience in offline marketing with similar responsibilities, preferably in the luxury industry.
• Successful experience in launch of a new product on the market.
• Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of Russian(B2) or Spanish(B2) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is a significant advantage.
• A self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to travel is a must-have.
