Job Summary:

As a Textile Technologist, you will play a key role in developing and improving our textile products. From researching new materials to optimizing production processes, you’ll ensure our fabrics meet the highest quality and sustainability standards. Success in this role means creating advanced solutions that drive efficiency, reduce waste, and push the boundaries of textile innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new textile materials to meet performance, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure fabrics meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
• Analyze fabric performance, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend improvements to enhance quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Lead research into innovative production techniques and sustainable materials.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team throughout production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Material Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in textile technology or product development.
• Strong knowledge of fabric production processes, including weaving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing.
• Experience with fabric testing and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in textile design software and an understanding of modern textile production equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in the textile industry is a plus.
