As CFO, you will partner closely with the company’s founders, taking charge of the financial and legal aspects of the business. This is a strategic leadership role offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and cash management across multiple geographies (India, US, Serbia, MENA).
• Lead financial modeling, analysis, accounting, and reporting efforts.
• Support fundraising activities and capital strategy.
• Manage investor relations and communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.
• Expertise in management reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong technical skills in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex financial insights effectively.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Prior experience with PE/VC funds would be a plus.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
